To maintain our high standards for quality, Knox's Construction does not subcontract any work. Our hand-selected roofing, siding and window installers must complete extensive training programs and pass certification before they can work on any of our projects.

  • We needed a whole new roof, decking and all. We spoke with Mr. Knox at the Pittsburgh Home Show and he personally came out a few days later to work on a quote. We selected Knox's Construction out of six other crews based on price, high quality materials (we selected Certainteed's Landmark Pro), shingle manufacturer certifications, and high customer ratings. After his initial inspection, Mr. Knox took the time to explain what we needed, and did not try to up-sell us any extras that were not necessary, keeping the price very reasonable. Took a couple of months to get the job started due to the weather, but once we got on the schedule we were contacted a week ahead of time to make sure everything was a go. The crew arrived on time and were extremely professional and efficient. The foreman on the job kept us updated, and they completed the job in less than two days. Roof looked great and the yard looked like no one was ever there. The crew even fixed some loose siding they noticed. They definitely knew their stuff. Highly recommended.

  • We would like give a shout out to these guys on the new roof and gutters they just completed on our home. These guys came here on Friday and went right to work, only stopping when a thunderstorm forced them stop. After it passed they stayed late and finished the shingles before stopping for the weekend. On Monday they finished the entire job and did it very quickly and efficiently. Very good clean up and great quality work and attention to detail. They are a local family owned company which we like dealing with and they do their own work, no sub contracting. We will definitely recommend them in the future to anybody for work on their homes. Look for them at the Home and Garden Show next March. Great job to Chaz and your crew!

  • I am very impressed with the service that we received from Knox’s Construction. Buddy and crew replaced our roof about 3 weeks ago. They were professional, courteous and good at what they do. They showed up on time and worked quickly to replace our roof in just a few days. Chaz kept me well informed through the whole process. I am more than pleased with the way our roof looks as well.   • Completely satisfied. Had the roof and shed roof replaced as well demo of an awning and some gutter work for a very reasonable price. Chaz provided excellent communication before the project to schedule the work, during the project to provide updates and after to follow up and make sure everything was completed correctly. The crew (a full 8-man crew!) arrived on time, started working immediately and cleaned up everything with no mess left behind at all. The entire project was completed in just one day! Would gladly hire Knox's Construction for additional work, if needed, and highly recommend them!
