Invest in Your Home’s Future with the Unmatched Performance of Metal Roofs

Metal roofs are rapidly becoming the preferred choice for homeowners, and for good reason. Their elegance, resilience, and unmatched lifespan make them a truly exceptional investment.

A metal roof enhances your home’s curb appeal for decades, not just years. Unwavering protection from the harshest weather, season after season. The peace of mind knowing you may never need another roof replacement project again.

Metal roofs offer all this and more. Their superior strength compared to traditional materials translates to a lifetime of reliable performance.

As with all of our roofing projects, our roofing company’s work is backed up by a 25-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s warranties. You can not go wrong when you work with Knox’s roofing construction.

Advantages of Metal Roofs

Longevity: Metal roofs can boast an impressive lifespan, lasting anywhere from 40 to 70 years.

Durability: Metal roofs can withstand harsh weather conditions, including strong winds (up to 140 mph in some cases), heavy snow loads, and even hail. They are also resistant to rot, mold, and pests, making them a low-maintenance option.

Energy Efficiency: Metal roofs reflect sunlight and heat, helping to keep your home cooler in the summer. This can lead to reduced cooling costs by up to 25%. Additionally, some metal roofs come with special coatings that further enhance their reflective properties.

Fire Resistance: Metal roofs are non-combustible, making them a safer option compared to other roofing materials in areas prone to wildfires.

Environmentally Friendly: Metal roofs contain recycled materials and are 100% recyclable at the end of their lifespan. This reduces their environmental impact compared to shingle roofs, which often end up in landfills.

Increased Home Value: A metal roof can add value to your home due to its longevity, durability, and low maintenance requirements.

Save money: A metal roof may be more expensive upfront compared to shingles, but it can pay off with its longer lifespan and energy efficiency.

Color choices: Metal roofs come in a multitude of popular colors to complement your project and other finish materials. Need a custom color option, let us know.

Metal Roofing Questions and Answers if You Live in Allison Park, PA

What are the signs your Allison Park metal roof needs to be replaced?

Corrosion and rust often signal that a metal roof has reached the end of its lifespan. Leaks indicate a significant issue, while punctures and tears can also weaken the roof’s integrity. Though such damage isn’t frequent, it underscores the importance of scheduling professional roof inspections annually and following any severe storms that may have caused damage.

How long will it take to replace my roof?

Most residential roofing jobs can be completed in a single day. If a roof takes more than one day, we clean and secure the site at the end of each day and take care to protect any vulnerable areas from the weather.

Will you clean up after my roofing project?

Yes. At the end of the job, we conduct a thorough clean-up and walk-through. You approve the final cleaning upon completion, and we won’t leave until you are happy!

Siding Questions and Answers if You Live in Allison Park, PA

How do I decide which home siding material to use?

You have several choices when it comes to siding your home, from traditional wood siding to more advanced materials like fiber cement. The decision on which is best for your home depends on many factors, including how long you plan to remain in your home, local weather conditions, budget, and your tolerance for maintenance.

Would it be cheaper to continue painting my wood siding?

Compared to the cost of painting your home every few years – more than $50,000 over the life of your home – low-maintenance siding is a bargain. With a service life that is counted in decades, the initial investment you make in siding your home will be paid back quickly.

Do you offer matching trim and accessories for my siding installation?
